MANAGEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
General contractor
In the role of general contractor we carry out most projects. We provide the utmost quality output of contracted projects due to efficient management system in co-ordination with our reliable subcontractors with whom we steadily cooperate. Thanks to a sophisticated system of control over the implementation of constructions and timely contracting of our subcontractors, we provide deliveries on time and in compliance with the planned cost of the project.
Construction management
While applied a type of construction as "Construction management" we take over the construction project management entirely. By the process of project revisions we minimize potential errors in the project documentation and on behalf of the investor we carry out selection procedure of individual subcontractors including respective contracting. The investor is fully involved in cost effectiveness of his project. Thus he has a complete overview about the costs expended and the quality of work performed which he may himself affect in the entire process of construction. We provide commissioning decision issue including any changes before the project completion.
